Contact for Auto Fill Field Control extension

Hello Avi, I am having trouble setting up the Auto Fill Field Control extension. I have uploaded the CSV with the options and results, but the autofill field is not showing any changes.

Could you provide any support?
I can't find the correct repo so I am contacting you here.

I did the change but it is still not working. Is the rest of the configuration working?
