Data Chosen in the Pull-Down Menu are Not Visible in UI When Saved Albeit Saved in Metadata

Hello,

I seemed to have successfully implemented cascading pulldown menus. However, what the users have noticed, it that when they populate the menu items, the options disappear after saving (close out and reopen).

When I run a query, I can see the fields are indeed populated. Looks like the metadata is not sticky.

Any thoughts?

The Team Project is the actual Team Project out of the box in ADO.

As a work around I exposed the fields in the UI, which I would prefer to omit since it's redundant and confusing. Albeit it lets the user alter the fields manually with whatever they want.

Here are my steps

1. Open new WIT
2. Select the cascading pulldowns - all level (Results: all options sticky and visible)
3. Navigate to another page in the same WIT and back (Results: all options sticky and visible)
4. Save (do not close) (Results: all options sticky and visible)
5. Close
6. Reopen (Results: all options empty) (yet still saved in metadata in the background)
