is it possible to define that 2 fields will be depand on the third field?

i was able to use this scalable list and the value for each field chang based on the former field selected value.
i would like to have 3 fields, which after selecting the value of the first one, the other two will be imidiatly available with the relevant values. is it possible?

yes set two controls with two fields while the first one is the same field and the second of each is the second you want. give each one different name and different CSV file
