Corrections in the README file

Since the pandemic is over but the online education has become the backbone of today's education. So there's no point in introducing the app relating to pandemic as nobody cares. It can be updated with better grammer and technical jargons:

Friday: Your academic assistant for staying organized and on top of assignments and tests. Never miss a deadline again in the online education era. Simplify your academic life with intuitive features and smart reminders. Elevate your educational experience with Friday today.

Introduction has grammatical errors as well like the so is capital in the line : Since the pandemic, almost everything has been moved on to the virtual world and So has Education.

I aim to update the INTRODUCTION section too as :

In response to the pandemic-induced shift to virtual education, all classes, assignments, tests, exams, and vivas have migrated online. Amid this transition and the busy pace of life, it's common to forget important deadlines and exam dates.
