Summary

As part of the handover for future GSS committee members, as well as other areas where this work is applicable, package this algorithm up into an accessible layer for others to use.

This is accounting for the fact that not everyone knows how to code, let alone code in R, hence putting an layer on top in the form of an app will make this algorithm more accessible and henceforth more likely for others to use it.
