Have a AWS User groups with SSH Access to EC2 Instances :

ALL-EC2-RDS (Dev team)
Prod-Write-RDS(Support team)
Prod-Read-replica(Implementers and Reporting systems))

Come up with way to ssh into user-groups allowed ec2 instances using aws-cli command and temp ssh leys
We’ll then do staggered switch from old way of access to the new approach
