Abstract 简述

An early preview of a major update plan, bringing notice prompts (when an operation fails) and update notes into Browser Cat!
Fixed several bugs and did bunch of code clean up!

一个主要更新计划的早期预览，将（操作失败时的）弹窗提醒和更新日志带入冲浪喵～
修复了若干个问题、完成了一些代码清理！

But this release will still be marked as pre-release for its incomplete and unreported potential issues.

In this release, OHOS-home-default-unsigned.hap.hap is the unsigned product targeted at the OpenHarmony OS while HMOS-home-default-unsigned.hap is the unsigned product targeted at HarmonyOS NEXT.
