Create Users Endpoint

We need to create users resource endpoint /users, so frontend can use this EP from adding new user, remove user, update user, change password, change profile.

• update existing user profile
• change password for current logged in user
• add new user. This process will sending email to user and then the user should input the code provided in the email.
• remove user
