Animation Timeline does not start at Animation-Start #228

steps to reproduce

open a file containing a animator.
go into the animator panel, and select a animationClip for playback

excpected results

The Animation-Timeline should control the Animation, so when the timeline is at 0, the animation is also at frame 0.

actual results

Animation starts at a random (?) frame (When Timeline is at 0, the animation is at a random frame between start and end)
