Do we really need theme and to load any CSS on our side?

Hi,
Basically simple questions. The readme tells us to use a custom theme, and import the plugin and tippy.js styles:

• Where can we find the tippy.js styles? Would we need to install them separately?
• Actually, you're building the assets, and adding them to filament assets system, so it seems we don't need to do that on our own? Not adding anything already works pretty well. (but it implies that we can't replace the style easily)
