Currently, ADOT supports manual instrumentation in the .NET SDK . It would be desirable to provide support for auto-instrumentation.

Hello @mhausenblas we have a dot net micro services application running on EKS. We are using Open Telemetry to collect logs, metrics and traces from our cluster. We wanted to understand if there is a dotnet image for K8s Instrumentation resource deployment. Also is it possible to inject auto-instrumentation SDK's into the deployment using
