aws-quickstart fails with status CREATE FAILED

Hi Dev,

We need your help on this aws-quickstart. Our customer from RackWare, Inc. runs the aws-quickstart failed with status CREATE FAILED.

The quickstart is in error status now after re-ran. Hope you can join customer meeting to debug the issue.

Currently, we are not supporting or didn't refresh quick start from cpd3.x release.
For installing , CPD 4.5 our latest release, please use below terraform templates:

Managed Openshift on AWS(ROSA):

Self Managed Openshift on AWS:
https://github.com/IBM/cp4d-deployment/tree/master/selfmanaged-openshift/aws

We have submitted cpd4.5 refresh on AWS Marketplace ,currently working with AWS team for the Publication
