New pattern submission - Pass custom HTTP headers to SQS as message attributes via HTTP API Gateway #2822
Description
To submit a template to the Serverless Patterns Collection, submit an issue with the following information.
IMPORTANT
Patterns are intended to be primarily IaC-focused implementations of 2-4 AWS services, with minimum custom code. They should be commonly used combinations that help developers get started quickly. If you have a utility, demo, or application, submit these to the Serverless Repos Collection instead.
ONLY SUBMIT ONE PATTERN CHANGE PER PR. Multiple patterns or files spanning multiple pattern directories will be automatically rejected.
Patterns may take up to 4-6 weeks to review, test, and merge but there is no SLA and can take significantly longer due to other work the team has.

Description:
This pattern enables you to pass custom HTTP headers as message attributes when sending messages from HTTP API Gateway to an SQS queue. The headers can be configured either as static values or dynamically passed from the incoming request headers. In the default configuration, the message attribute name is set as 'MessageAttribute1' which maps to the header name 'header1' in the integration request mapping. You can customize these message attribute, header names and static values, according to your requirements by updating the requestParameters section in the SqsIntegration configuration within your SAM template. You can set the name for API Gateway and the SQS queue.
