Describe the feature

Add a headObjectTemplate to TransferManagerConfiguration to allow user to pass special arguments you want passed to the transfer manager head object calls.

Use Case

Currently the TransferManager HeadObjectRequest operation has no corresponding template in the TransferManagerConfiguration. As a result HeadObject call use default configuration which doesn't provide the opportunity for users to provide custom arguments to head object request.
