Missing CloudFormation interfaces for mocking?

I can see we have these in the package github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/service/cloudformation

cloudformation.DescribeChangeSetAPIClient
cloudformation.DescribeStacksAPIClient

but we don't have the ones corresponding to the operations

CreateChangeSet
ExecuteChangeSet
DeleteChangeSet

Were they left out on purpose?
Is AWS recommending some other mocking strategy for those?
