Bedrock invokeModel() raises "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" when generation token limit is reached

Describe the bug

I am using BedrockRuntimeClient.invokeModel() with Llama 3.1 and a max_gen_len of 2048.

I noticed a Read timed out exception when the model generation reaches 2048 tokens. From the model invocation log:

"generation_token_count":2048,
"stop_reason":"length"

I tried lowering the max_gen_len value, but that did not solve it.

Expected Behavior

invokeModel() should return successfully, even when it reached the max token length.
