How long will v2 be maintained before it enters end-of-support? #4190

Customer is unable to employ V3 of SDK due to lack of TypeScript support. They would like to know for their security assessment how long the V2 JavaScript SDK will be maintained. I have shared the https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdkref/latest/guide/maint-policy.html and searched for maintenance mode announcements for V2 and found nothing at this time. |

Hey @crileyarch thanks for opening this issue, right now there have been no announcements on maintenance and support for js-sdk-v2. The doc you shared is best possible document on that which mentions all the dates around all different lifecycles. |
