Does this work with github actions and if it does how do i configure an action with this?

Why would you add this to github actions?
If a secret is already pushed to the git remote (here github) it is too late!

I would love to have a github action so we can compare the performance of this detector against others in my project https://github.com/OWASP/wrongsecrets/ ;-). We will try to custom install it now during the runner usage, but we would have loved to hav a github action to incorporate instead ;).

Next, having a github action would be great: there's no guarantee people play by the rules with pre-commit hooks, so it is better to detect&rotate even at build time :D .
