Update to support Managed System Identity and Az module

Would be great if these Update Management scripts:

• https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/UpdateManagement-RunCommand
• https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/UpdateManagement-TurnOffVms
• https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/UpdateManagement-TurnOnVms

Could be updated to work with:

• Az module
• Managed System Identity
  • If no RunAs account found, try Connect-AzAccount -Identity?

I can't seem to find information about whether Update Management itself, out of the box on a new Automation Account supports MSI (managed system identity). Does it?
