enhancement for battery power savings by 100%

Hi,
I've created a script, that will enhance stratux by using much less power. I've doubled the runtime of my battery powered stratux. Maybe b3nn0 will embed it to his stratux.

I don't see how that should work..

• some of the features this disables serve a purpose for Stratux (the LEDs), so I don't consider disabling that.
• HDMI is a great debugging utility when people have problems.. just plug in a monitor and see what happens
• Stratux did use powersave scheduler in the past, but I couldn't measure any difference in practice, as it is usually in the lowest power state anyway
• the whole system takes about 1200mA, depending on exact hardware configuration, I don't see how reducing that by ~50mA would double battery life..
