Copy Number Variation Server is a suit of database, web services and interface web. The database contains data generated from different clinical and Spanish companies and 1000Genoma of CNV.
As the database is concerned, this contains the following main features:
- It contains only CNVs found in the Spanish population.
- The data are enriched as the CNVs have noted the HPO associated with this.
