Better default crop for Hero image (or settings)

We need a better default crop option for hero image. In basis this image seems to crop from bottom so that the top of the image is visible, opera is cropping from top (or from both top and bottom) which is cropping of the heads..

Need to decide on best strategy. Or make this a config option for the theme.
