Better set of variables for color module

Currently the color modules is totally focused on the background color and text color for regions and blocks.

We have not yet done enough to carry over the color schemes into other aspects of the theme.

We can look at Basis for inspiration as well as through testing to see where else we need to use the colors set by the color scheme to change the css.
