[BUG] OpenCode: Halt on startup (NixOS)

Hello,
after adding Plannotator to the plugin list, opencode won't start. It will halt on running.
There is no syntax error / I have already removed caches.
I'm using Nixos and opencode (currently the package is 1.1.11)
I did try to use multiple versions of plannotator, but nothing really worked.
*Does Plannotator is bound with its version to a minimum version of opencode?

Any suggestions?

I have a colleague who's on nixos I'll have him debug. I'll see if I can get an env setup as well

Im getting this error on nixos:

actually i think that error was becuase my disk was full
