Feat: On Modal open, show items found for Highlighted text #64

When the modal is opened, we need to show the items found for any text that is highlighted.
Description / Background Context
At the moment, when a user selects a text and opens up the search and replace modal, we don't see the number of items that are found immediately. We need to improve this such that when the user selects a text in the block editor and opens up the modal, we should immediately see the number of items found, if any.
