Need for different repositories

We are facing some problem in Git pull when doing it from different server. It merges every time some unwanted content from one server to other which is not actually required. We need to have different repositories for Listener server, Web application server and Analytics server so that we can work independently on every server.

I will put different projects in different branches in same repo. That will give us isolation. But please stop development on servers.
