The version for alembic has been fixed to 1.9.2 as the newest released versions seem to clash with flask_migrate. One solution proposed by the alembic team is to upgrade sqlAlchemy to 1.3.24 at least and we have it fixed on cornflow-core and cornflow to version 1.3.21.

The PR that fixes the version is PR #397

I suspect some of this versions can be changed once sqlAlchemy releases the 2.0.0 version and we can migrate to it with the improvements, which will make it a major refactor.
