turfManualStartup (and TURF startup state machine) script should retry finding alignment #6
Description
Weird flukes have been seen where finding the alignment in TURFIO bringup fails. Just retry it, probably up to 10 times or something.
In the startup state machine probably just try, if it excepts out just return immediate up to 10 times before failing.
