Ticker does not work on Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create a Ticker, create a Form, call Form.setTicker

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a ticker at the top or bottom of the screen.  Instead, I don't 
see a ticker.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Source downloaded from SVN Dec. 16, 2010.  Android 1.5.

I can confirm that, Ticker on Android is not implemented
