Cannot model stroke rate #132
Description
While participating in my user study, Marco mentioned that he would need to be able to specify a specific stroke rate for an instruction. Marco defined stroke rate as the number of strokes in which the swimmer makes within a certain time frame, most commonly one minute, making the unit strokes per minute. This seems like it could easily be added as an intensityType, just like percentageEffort and percentageHeartRate.
