Cannot specify multiple forms of intensity for a single instruction

Also while participating in my user study, Marco expressed that when working with individuals, he needs to specify both a stroke rate and a heart rate that he wants the swimmer to target. Currently swiML only allows a single `<intensity>` element inside of an `<instruction>`, which would prevent him from specifying stroke rate and heart rate once.
