Allow users to define a custom user-data script on launch

I think we should add an option to the launch cli to allow passing a file reference to a script to be executed in the userdata. 

Also we could look for a default script in the users home dir something like ~/.bastioncli/userdata.sh for linux and userdata.ps1 for windows
