Hey, from what you're describing it seems that the reason you're hitting that 'user-managed' wall is that our CLI currently only support Backend Platform projects. Regular Base44 apps don't have that integration layer fully live yet, which is why it's pushing you toward the chat/managed interface for those updates. We’re actively working on bringing this support to newly created apps soon. For now, you'll need to stick with the Base44 Chat/UI/Git integration for those specific configurations (schemas, instructions, etc.), but stay tuned for the CLI update. |

Hi there, I have been using Base44 for app development, and there are some features I'd like to control directly, including but not limited to upload schema of datasets (Entities), Agent instructions and relationship, API connections (Secret), and MCP in app integrations. Each time it comes to deployment via Git or CLI, it is mentioned to me that Base44 is managed and would require me to switch Base44 into a "user-managed" interface for the Git or CLI to push these updates. Is there any limitation of such integration? Or do we have to use the Base44 Chat feature to integrate these features? Any assistant would be great!
