Incomplete card title when a new card is saved with Cmd+Enter keyboard shortcut

As shown in the screen recording, in a self-hosted Fizzy instance backed by a SQLite database, if the Cmd+Enter shortcut was invoked right after modifying the card title, the new title is not correctly reflected on the board view.

After reloading the web page, the board view will correctly display the complete title, but it's annoying that I have to reload the page to be certain if changes have been saved.

I was able to reproduce this. The issue is that the auto-save controller on the title input only triggers a save on blur or after the 3-second debounce timer fires.

When you press cmd+enter quickly after typing, neither condition is met - the input still has focus and the timer hasn't fired yet. So the title hasn't been saved when the publish happens.

If you wait a few seconds or click outside the input before pressing cmd+enter, it works correctly.

A fix could be to add keydown.meta+enter->auto-save#submit keydown.ctrl+enter->auto-save#submit to the title textarea, and coordinate with the clicker using an outlet to ensure the save completes before publishing.

Happy to work on this if the approach sounds reasonable.
