Users redirected to a blank page when clicking the back/cancel button on Stripe Checkout

Steps to reproduce

1. Be on the free plan and click upgrade to unlimited.

2. See Stripe checkout page. 3. Click on the back arrow (Stripe's back arrow, not the browser's). 4. See a blank page in Fizzy.

Expected behavior

Should redirect to a page with content, possibly
account_settings_url(anchor: "subscription") to match
the billing portal return behavior.

Suggested fix

In saas/app/controllers/account/subscriptions_controller.rb,
change cancel_url from account_subscription_url to
account_settings_url(anchor: "subscription")

(Unable to test locally due to queenbee dependency)
