Is there a convention for backup for self-hosted instances of fizzy, similarly to campfire for example? If the answer is no, is there any guidance somewhere on what specifically to backup and how to restore? The docker volume includes a couple of directories (production and thruster), as well as various sqlite files (production_cable.sqlite3, production_queue.sqlite3, production.sqlite3, and production_cache.sqlite3).

Greetings!
Many thanks!
