Create minimal requirements.txt

Congrats on the fantastic paper <3.

I am trying to use the codebase with the Nvidia Pytorch docker images and it would be a lot easier if there were a requirements.txt with only the required dependencies.

Hi there,

Thanks for your suggestion. The included requirements.txt is the minimal one generated by conda. I created a clean env, and used conda to install the 6 required packages listed in the README. Conda reported these dependencies in the requirements.txt.
