Traction: wallet scheme migration prep and testing

We need to test the migration of a multitenant-single-db Traction instance to a miltitenant-multi-db instance.

Other than performing the migration using the appropriate tool and verifying the tenants are indeed available/accessible, we want to confirm that basic functionality continues to work without issues/interruptions:

• old connections are still active
• can create new connections
• can issue/revoke credentials with existing schema/creddef
• can create new schema/creddef
