Duplicates are present in roads primary key StreetSegmentID https://github.com/bcgov/FIT_opendatadownloader/actions/runs/11133332943/job/30939225854#step:5:52

However, on review of duplicate records, geometries and all columns appear to be equivalent.
Drop duplicates and use the primary key?
