If the option "0" is added as a possible answer to some survey questions, it automatically assigns it a value of "0" which seems to impact the data in reports. Radio buttons and drop-downs seem to have this issue: The "0" options appear in the survey but, when selected, they do not appear in the report. Checkboxes don't seem to have this issue. (Tested in TEST environment. Test Edit Survey Nov 14)
