Description: When a Team Member/Superuser downloads Public or Internal Report to PDF, the project location spatial info doesn't carry over to display.

Steps to Reproduce:

Engagements > Action Dropdown
View Internal/Public Report > Export to PDF > Open PDF
No boundaries appear on the map for Project Location

Actual Result: There's no boundary or Marker Label on the Project Location map

Environment: DEV, TEST. PROD

OS: Windows
Device/Model: Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop
Browser (if applicable): Edge
