The questions are now showing in the order they were created. They should be displayed in the order they appear in the survey.

Remove the link to the public dashboard.
Change the label from "Select the questions you would like to display on the public report" to "Search Questions"
Change help text in the input field from Search by Name" to "Start typing a question"
Add h4 above the table: "Select the Questions You Would Like to Display on the Public Report"
