EPiCsystem-60-BUG - Report - Answers Labels on Questions with many answers don't display well

Description: On the live report and PDF, any question that has a quite a few possible answers doesn't show the data is a completely legible way.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open on Edge
Engagements > Action Dropdown [I was looking at Fraser River Tunnel Project]
View Public Report (see it here or) > Export to PDF

Actual Result: Some Answers labels are skipped, which makes it really hard to tally results, report out, especially when we think about the PDF version

Environment: just looked for it in PROD so far

OS: Windows
Device/Model: Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop
Browser (if applicable): Edge
