One land parcel is in dark color on GWELLS maps

Describe the Bug
One land parcel (cadastral layer) on GWELLS maps is displayed in dark color.
The parcel where WTN 86430 is mapped within is in dark color (cadastral layer) in GWELLS maps (well search page, well summary page, aquifer search page, and aquifer summary page).

The cadastral layer in iMapBC has no issue about this parcel.

Expected Behaviour
The parcel should be transparent, like other parcels.

Actual Behaviour
The whole parcel is in black/dark color

** Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'aquifer search page',
2. input "1253" in basic search
3. click "search" button so that the map is zoomed in to aquifer 1253
4. see error: the one parcel in aquifer 1253 is in dark color

Note:

• this issue happens in every GWELLS map (on well search page, well summary page, aquifer search page, and aquifer summary page)
• the layer in iMapBC doesn't have this issue
