bug: inconsistent sidebar navigation

this side nav is broken in terms of styles, the levels are messed up:

• Main activities, Silviculture search, Management looks to be a section title, but clickable with a focused effect
• Silviculture search is not a title, but a button that leads to an actual page, while Main activities and Management are actually just titles

...actually it's because Home page and Silviculture search are under the Opening section, but has the same style and indent as Main activities and Management
