Rational/Why
Requirement from JR:
We need to explore including a box in the registry where people explain why the are choosing this service. We have that box in the public cloud and need to incorporate it in the register for private cloud. This increases our procurement compliance

Need to know:

• if drop down is required, what items will be in the drop down?
• if there is an open text box, is it mandatory or optional?

Definition of done/Acceptance Criteria

• Clear description of the intended final result
• Acceptance criteria that describes the action a User Acceptance Tester would be trying to see if the work is complete
