Datasets from the JOURNAL OF APPLIED STATISTICS, 2017 paper

I am reading through your excellent 2017 paper, and I would like to replicate the results of the analyses of three real datasets in R

The dental dataset (Section 6.2) is provided in the nlme package, but I have not been able to find the CD4+ cell count dataset (Section 6.4) nor the blood pressure dataset (Section 6.5).

I have checked back through the original papers which generated these datasets, but these did not provide them either.

Could you point me to where I might obtain these datasets?

Or else, might you be able to load them onto this github site - or even include them in the r2glmm package?

Hello! Thank you for your kind words about the paper. I did author it, but (and I know this sounds silly) I don't have access to the Journal of Applied Statistics at the moment and I can't access the parts of the paper you're referring to. Can you remind me of the details that the paper gives regarding the CD4+ and blood pressure datasets? They may not be publicly available, but I'm happy to review and see if I can remember where they came from.

Were the dental data results replicable?
