Discrepancy on linting, fix tests

From the CLI, deno lint is clean, and deno task cli works as expected.

But VScode shows a lot of errors and warnings on processor.ts.

So that's probably some VSCode issue.

But the tests are failing, so that's real.

EDIT: except the errors are also weird; for example, not finding Record. Maybe something is borked with my deno install?
