[Feature] Get file sizes on demand

From what I understand, the extension gets file sizes of all files in a workspace, on load and on change. That causes unnecessary disk thrashing for no reason, more so for very large projects, and especially given most people only need file sizes from time-to-time anyway.

Please consider adding a setting to determine the file size only on hover. That would be a lighter approach.
