Gather list of tools

Gather the list of tools available.

It should be possible to retrieve the list directly from the Galaxy CoDEX:
https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy_codex

If they have fixed the CI by now:

We should update the list of tools in the tool panel at https://imaging.usegalaxy.eu/
There's something wrong with the list on the tool panel, I remember more tools being listed there. Also, we should consider renaming the category from "Imaging" to "Image Analysis" or "Image Processing" if that's possible.
